This is the most convoluted backward-looking explanation I’ve read lately. You pretend it’s all about context, and social mostly. Wrong. The simple equation should be how much value you bring to the table. The fact that companies are still able to pay lower rates in different parts of the world is driven by their relentless drive to cut costs and nothing else. They couldn’t care less about societal issues. Get real.
